Damai 23

Damai 23 is about 1km away from the Damai 8 site in Alam Damai. It had a GDV of RM25million and consists of 23 units of Double Storey Shop Offices. Damai 23 is directly fronting the Double Carriageway of Jalan Alam Damai in clear view of high traffic. Both projects received overwhelming response from investors and are fully sold.

Upon completion, security services were provided on the premises for 6 months to protect the value of the property. Marketing of the property tenancy was coordinated by us as part of our value added services to our investors. Our tenancy marketing activities has further enhanced the value of the property to meet our investor’s expectations for their return of investment.
