Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd is actively looking for land proposals and would like to invite Real Estate Agents or landowners for outright sale or joint ventures, specifically for land within the price range of RM10 to RM60 million, that is suitable for:
- Mixed development of high rise affordable residential condominiums or serviced-apartments and commercial retail lots
- Landed residential development
- Commercial development comprising shops and industrial buildings
IDEALLY, WE PREFER:
- Active sites within the Klang Valley, being Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya. Attractive sites and proposals in Penang and Johor may also be considered.
- A minimum of 1-acre for high rise developments, 4-acres for landed residentials and 5-acres for industrial developments
- Freehold and leasehold land tenures for sites closer to the city centre, and Freehold land for rural areas
- Sites that do not have very challenging slope issues
- Sites with reasonable access and near term development potential
- The land must meet with the allowable usage and development control (density or plot ratio) as per the gazette or draft local plan of the respective City Councils
We are currently not in the market for:
- Land for high-end luxury residential development (high-rise or landed) in the golden triangle, KLCC or Jalan Ampang areas
- Property for recurring rental income, e.g. office tower for sale
- Development of office towers, shopping malls and hotels
- Malay Reserve Land
