Puncak Mutiara Kajang stands proud on a hill overlooking the scenic view below. This project consists of 92 units of 2 ½ storey terrace houses in Bukit Kajang Baru, Kajang, Selangor. Puncak Mutiara Kajang had a GDV of RM30million and was launched in 2005. It was sold out shortly after launch and was completed with the CF in 2007.

Our extended services

Prior to our sales launch, we completed 2 units of show houses; one fully furnished while the other left bare to showcase ‘what you see is what you get’. This was done in line with our business principle to assist our potential homebuyers in making an informed decision. Besides that, earthwork was completed and markings made on the boundary of the individual home sites. This was to help our homebuyers visualise the exact location of their ‘home to be’.
