A great wave of anticipation has been hovering over a select number of Asia Pacific's leading property professionals. The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011 in association with Bloomberg Television have just been judged and Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd has won a five-star award in the category of Best Development – Multiple units in Malaysia for their development of Summerglades at Perdana Lakeview West, Cyberjaya.

James Tan, Project Director of Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd attended the high profile gala presentation dinner at the Longemont Hotel Shanghai on May 31st 2011 to receive the award.

The event is part of the long established International Property Awards and its award winners' logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry. Attaining one of these coveted awards is indisputable evidence that Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd is capable of beating some exceedingly strong contenders within the highly competitive Asia Pacific property arena.

The judging panel is chaired by Lord Bates of Langbaurgh and consists of more than 60 professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is unsurpassed by any other property awards. This year's judges include James Bacon, UK account manager of Google; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property professionals; David Dalby of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); and Mike McNamara of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
