Key Directors

At Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd, our key directors’ job is to focus on excellent performance and increasing value of customer’s investment by improving business processes and implementing the best practices.


1. Managing Director: Mr Sunny Tan

Mr Tan has more than 30 years experience in the construction and property development industry. He started his career doing earthworks for private and government organizations such as JKR, FELDA etc; and eventually ventured into the business of trading in construction equipment. Currently the advisor to business development and land acquisition for our company, Mr Tan is proud to have his son, James Tan on board to continue passionately developing our company.


2. Project Director: Mr James K K Tan

James is a graduate in Civil Engineering (1st Class Honours) from the University of Warwick, England and later obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland.

He started his career as a site engineer for highway construction in 2001 but later joined Suntrack Construction Sdn Bhd in 2002 to help build the company’s first development project.

Since then, James has a hand in every aspect of the company from business development, marketing, design, construction and liaison with the authorities.

Fuelled by his dedicated passion and technical know-how in property development, Suntrack Development’s founder cum project director continues to lead the family-run business into the future.
